See attached screenshot. The two pipes marked for emptying have an Empty Storage errand but are considered Unreachable by all dupes. These pipes are both accessible from the NW and NE so they should not be marked as such. Their neighbors have just been emptied. Save and reload doesn't fix the issue. I believe this is another regression bug in the latest release.
