Pipes self-heating/freezing

On the map there are sometimes points of heating / cooling liquid in pipes. For the first time I met this here:

Do you see a pipe around the point near the airlock? It goes around the heating point. If you put the pipe directly, then at that point there will be overheating

Here it's not so easy to turn around, and there's no special meaning. But the funniest thing is not this. When I decided to report a bug, I forgot to create a save. Good! I went into the game again, completed the system to the same point and ... Now it cools it! Portion of 30C Polluted Water reaches the point, freezes there, for 10 seconds it cools down to -20C and breaks the pipe. It's a miracle! But, dear developers, I would like to have less of such terrible miracles :)

First save may crush game after run. Second is stable, but need connect pipes to each other.

Update: It seems that the combination of tube-radiant tube-tube is bugged. In this case, the problem arises exactly in the middle (radiant) pipe. If these three pipes are deconstructed and rebuilt, there is a chance that they will work. And there is a chance that they will not work.

By the way, in the first example there is a possibility that a bugged site was a pipe of another material.

Some tests:

* Destroy big piece of bugged tube (about 20 blocks), build common tube - all work.

* Replace 3 tube on radiant tube - one tube start to change temperature (Not radiant. Common tube). Looks like a 1-st or 2-nd tube of previously destroyed tube block.

* Deconstruct and construct new tube - still heating.

* Replace by common tube - still heating.

* Replace by radiant tube - heating 5 times faster.

* Deconstruct 3 tubes (one before, bugged one and one after), construct new  Still heating.

I do not understand this logic...

First position (deconstruct big piece and reconstruct) remove 3 bugged place. Without creating new. Why i can't remove common tubes, which content bugged piece and delete last piece? WHY?!
