pipe heat transfer in my base is whacky, seems its not syncing. ticks way too fast.
especially noticeable where i use thermium.

and its the medium in the pipe that changes too fast, the pipe itself seem to change temp at correct ticks.
Steps to Reproduce
load save, watch temp in the small 4x4 heat exchangers under the steam turbine.
