performance issue with build some spesific items

there is fps drop when you build items BUT

there is even more fps drop when you build items what contains example the plastic, what in my eyes are weird.

soo let say in my pc when i select insulated tile then fps is the 120

but when i select the Plastic tile then fps drops somewhere the 90

also when i select build the the steam turbine then that is even worse 70-80
