When it comes to dupe jobs only the hat they're currently wearing gets saved, while any pending change to a dupe's job doesn't get saved.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Change a dupe's assigned job. 2) Save the game before the dupe changes hats. 3) Load from saved game. 4) See that the job change is gone.
