PC crashes when loading a frosty planet pack DLC save (not always)

When I try to load a new DLC save file, the game sometimes crashes my computer (black screen reboot, no blue screen.)

I have no mods and use default settings except for audio.

You can find the Player.log and save file attached.

Steps to Reproduce

Load save, any autosave is fine. I tend to crash around 50% of the time.
