I set door permissions so that patients can't get out of sick bay, but even if there's food in there, they won't recognize it. They will only get food outside sick bay. Meanwhile all other dupes come in and take food from sick bay fridge. This is very annoying because if I release door permissions they become "runaway patients."

Steps to Reproduce
Set door permissions on med bay to allow patient only to enter, or not pass either way (once they're in). Let them get hungry, have food in fridge in med bay, and they should say "cannot reach food" until you let them go out.
