At some point all of my fish transported 4 floors down from my fish tank in to my generator room

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build 4 tile high fish tank

2. Build a room four floors down

3. Play 150 cycles in one sitting

Go to bugs

I had a similar experience where I had a breeding pool where only 1 pacu should be in there but I ended up with 8. my automation and the way I have it set up makes it impossible logically to have 8 in that pool. not sure how they even got in there.

Your automation doesn't make much sense without a mechanized airlock or a pneumatic door. An manual airlock has no automation so the critter count doesn't matter. A dupe will walk in and drop a hatched fry through the fish release
