Joy immediately turns to panic, stopping this dupe in his tracks.  OMG, I can't give out balloons!!!

Do you remember working dupes til their death bed??  Pepperidge Farms remembers.

Steps to Reproduce

Lock a dupe in a room where they can't perform their overjoy response.

Go to bugs

You see, this is called "Duplicant Shock Response" Happens when they cant throw ballons everywhere or streak sparkles all over the place.
