I want to start with this is my first forum post, so i am sorry if it's formatted incorrectly or placed in the wrong area.. Not sure what live or preview branch means.. assuming that has to do with the version of the game.
However, the problem of import is a Clean toilet option that is only available when the toilet's are still pretty empty of waste. It feels like this was intended to carry into the 'Out of Order' state of the outpost, but it does not. I have to adjust priority every time the outposts go out of order to get duplicants to clean it often.
It is not a big deal by any means, but it is something i noticed causing a very mild inconvenience for me, and possibly others.

It's not a big deal, but it would be a nice fix 
Also, apologies on the picture quality.. I am on a laptop, and i do not know how to adjust resolution quality of screen captures with Win10.
Just building a new base. It has occurred on every world I have had since i started playing again about a month ago.
