After an outhouse is emptied, the visual meter still shows the arrow at the top in the red area, even though it now has 15 uses according to the info panel.
Saving and loading fixes this.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use all uses of an outhouse so it requires emptying. Visual meter will show arrow pointing to top red area. - Have a duplicant empty the outhouse. The outhouse is now emptied, and has 15 uses, but the visual meter still shows its full via the arrow pointing to the top red area. After a single use, the arrow is now pointing at the bottom again like it should be.
