When an ore scrubber is full with 10 Kg of chlorine the contents shows it remains at 10 Kg even if it's not connected to a gas pipe to supply fresh chlorine. I have used a scrubber until it was empty yet the contents still showed 10 Kg
Steps to Reproduce
fill an ore scrubber with chlorine until it is full (10 Kg) turn off/block the gas pipe and have dupes use the scrubber. Watch the contents while using it
