oil machine without operator

When oil machine is over pressure, there is no people to release it though i set priority to 9.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a oil machine, set priority to 9. wait for over pressure.
Go to bugs

if the pressure reach 100% its too late. the machine broke and need to be deconstructed. 

 

The dupe must release the pressure before this happen (which is why you can set it to release pressure at a lower %)

It's strange since the priority is already set to 9 and 50% pressure release. Still need I repeat rebuild it.

I'm not sure why.
