Hi, 

If you build heavy wire at top of Airflow tile, hydrogen cant pass anymore. Screenshot attached.

Steps to Reproduce
build heavy wire at top of Airflow tile, add an Electrolyser bellow.
Go to bugs

Maybe some water dropped on it. Airflow tiles don't show the liquid layer correctly, I recommend you to try to mop that ground first.
