Odd-numbered NOT gates are fixing green signal against Buffer/Filter gate

Maybe it's known issue, see below image.

If NOT gates are received green signal by automation buildings, it'll fixate Filter gate and Buffer gate to Green.

Steps to Reproduce
- Build something automation building sending green signal - Connect  NOT gates odd-numbers (1, 3, 5, ...) - Connect Filter gate or Buffer gate

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
