I have also tried to delete all mods thinking it would not need to do any mod checks, but I also got an error that a legacy.bin in a particular mod folder was not accessible. Not sure where the settings that points to those mods are to attempt to delete from that if even possible. I've also sent a bug report via the ingame function when I found a "black hole" haha.
