Notification list constantly moves it's list up and down during game player.

While playing, I will get Notifications such as idle duplicants, or idle telescope, or printing pod is ready.

However as I move my mouse to click on the Notification, it will randomly jump up and down the list depending on what other random notifications appear meaning I have to pause the game in order to click it.

An example is this "Telescope idle" on the list will jump to the top of the list, then to the bottom, then to middle randomly, this is also a big issue when I want to click on the printables tab too.
