I am unable to launch a rocket to 40000 km even though the star map says it's total range is 40000 km. It is a petroleum & oxylite rocket, so I have a feeling this bug is due to the fact that oxylite decomposes in space and a rounding error. I have tried overfilling the rocket with oxylite and then reducing it to the required amount, but that doesn't help. I was previously able to get this same rocket to go a different planet at 40000 km using the same amount of petroleum and oxylite.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a petroleum rocket with 3 liquid fuel containers and one solid oxylite container. Attempt to launch it to a planet at 40000 km.
