Not bug, sorry

I get that people complained that dupes weren't multi tasking but now I can't stop them from multi-tasking.......

Expectation: Assigning everyone to just their job should have my builder standing around waiting for supplies to hit the job site: Reality: Builder runs across map to deliver materials to other build site.
Not a bug just my failure to understand the new hotfix, carry on and my apologies.
