Not authorized to save or load game

When launching the game through steam upon reaching the Main Loading for the world it pops up saying that i wont be able to save or load because i don't have permission to do so and lists where to go in the file to give myself permission even though i have the only administrative control on my pc...

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1 open steam

step 2 launch game

step 3 go to the second asteroid selection and randomize traits of it to get an ideal one (using and/or not using OCAN-A-1420443789-Y6-D3-0 as the seed)

step 4 launch the game from that and then the glitch apears

it literally tells you what's wrong and how to fix it - windows defender or some other external tool has locked down writing permissions for your documents folder, preventing the game from saving.

fix those folder permissions of your documents folder
