Not assigning to bed/sleepwalking dupes

I'm experiencing something similar right now. Except my dup is walking down to do a chore in super hot crude oil, yet her status says she is sleeping, and she has the sleeping blue emoji with Zzzz over her. How strange.  Indeed. I fear she is going to hurt herself actually..

Update: she literally went to a ladder partially submerged in 179.9F crude oil and stopped sleepwalking and just slept. This can't be good guys... Everyone else is way up in the base too far to assist.  She's a pacifist uncultured ugly crier, but not a narcoleptic. Also she just finished up a lay in the hospital bed to cure wounds. (You will see the runaway patient status on the screenshots.) She does have a cot assigned . 

Update 2: I saved the game, then hit the emergency button to wake her up.. as soon as she woke up I turned off the emergency, and she want back about her day with severe wounds she doesn't even show to be tired or sleepy. Although she did almost get heat exaustion. I'll save it back under a different name and keep the game save in case it's needed.

Update 3 just had exact same thing happen with a different duplicate. Luckily he didn't decide to do so in the crude oil this time. Again he was a runaway patient. 

Okay it just dawned on me what it's doing. In both instances they returned to the same exact spot they were when they became incapacitated and we're carried back to the med cot. So it has something to do with that. And maybe also has to do with the timing of them being well again being at night or something. At this point I think if I tried I could actually reproduce this. Although it seems pretty negative. I am experiencing this because they simply refuse to wear their clothes to stop the heat affects. At first they refused to deliver the Reed to the machine until I clicked on each piece  and selected sweep.. and set all dupes to do nothing but operate. Then after making the clothes they don't seem to want to put on their assigned clothing. Although one did put on her sweater the other didn't, and now that I have selected the cool vest neither will put that onel, but that appears to be a different bug. So that may actually be three different bugs. Also seemingly related to the won't operate the loom bug I am also seeing they don't want to operate the pill maker.
