Non-Click Cancel Tool??

Occasionally when I click on the cancel tool, it drags around for some reason with out my having to click on anything and doesnt actually cancel anything. If i click it just starts the dragging again in a new spot. I cant use the cancel tool unless i close it and open it again.

This occasionally happens with other tools, but definitely not as often as the cancel tool.

Steps to Reproduce
Clicked on the cancel tool. Happens by chance
Go to bugs

Maybe you cancel more often than other stuff?

The issue usually happens on cycle change when the game saves, or whenever else the game lags when your machine gets really busy with other stuff...
