No Way to Create Liquid/Solid Hydrogen(Thermal Update)

As of the thermal update, there is no way to create liquid or solid hydrogen due to pipes breaking when a gas condenses inside.

Steps to Reproduce
Can't get anything cold enough to liquefy hydrogen without debug tools

User Feedback

Not seeing anything currently generated that can handle the job.
Only thing in the game right now that could pass its temperature off is Helium.

And Helium goes liquid at 4.22K so even then there is risk to break something.
