No Sick Bay built - Zombie Spore can't be cured?

I just try to use the plant with Zombie Spores. Now I have warning message "No Sick Bay built" and I have 2 of them in the colony.

 

Is it wrong?

Steps to Reproduce
Just open saved game and run a few seconds.
Go to bugs

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Same thing happened to me today.

Had no Tier 2 in Doctoring. Built Hospital Room with Sick Bay.

Then I resetted one dupes skills, so i could learn him all doctoring tiers.

Still "No Sick Bay built", tried building/rebuilding hospitals, saving and reloading the game.
