"No Researchers assigned" notification lists wrong hotkey in description

Whenever I hover over the "No Researchers assigned" notification, it lists the hotkey linking to the Priority menu as if it's the Skill menu. This is at odds with the descriptions for both menus; their display text lists the correct hotkeys. Pictures below:

Steps to Reproduce

Fulfill the requirements to trigger the "No Researchers assigned" notification. For me, this was accomplished by researching a tech that required advanced research without a functional supercomputer for a duplicant to operate.
