No recipe option for Textile Loom or Exo Forge

I have a exosuit forge and a loom but neither are giving me recipe options to click, instead it says no workable orders and nothing underneath recipe. Attached are images of the bug and the tech I have researched. I do believe I have access to the needed resources to craft the exosuit.

Steps to Reproduce
I was just playing the game and noticed that the options to make suits were missing.
Go to bugs
