No Ranching Errands

There is a very old bug that causes critters to get stuck in a glum state because errands to groom them aren't generated for whatever reason.

Same with shearing errands

It happens randomly, but the more you play, the more frequent it becomes.

I also tried turning off all my mods, and it still happens.

Steps to Reproduce

Wait for critter to become glum

Be surprised that you need to reload your saved game every effin' time your critter need to be groomed or sheared.

It's quite disappointing that such an old bug is still around.

Another condition that I've had trigger this was a critter getting stuck in a door.

As a workaround for reloading your game, placing a build order for another grooming station in the stable and canceling it will reset the room and get the grooming going again. Saves some time if you don't have a lot of stables.
