no priority for Disinfect, when you select it from the screen UI.

If I use priority from the hot keys it allows me to select a priority But I can only set one thing

If I use it from the UI you get the overlay screen but with no priority choice. this is wrong,

Steps to Reproduce
select Disinfect from the UI, no priority appears.
