It's not the first time it happens. But sometimes, when the rocket returns from a space mission to a planet with an unkown material in the world composition, and the mission should reveal it, the last material just disappear.

Before the rocket return to the base :
You can see, there's a unkonwn material in the world composition of the planet, and the current mission has the "!!" indicates it will reveal it.
After the rocket land :
No new material in the list.
