unless mousing over each tile, you can't tell roughly how many germs are in a pipe's contents. would be nice if, for the fluids filter for the germ overlay, pipes had the germ graphic to indicate roughly how many germs are in a pipe's contents.
I understand this bug isn't priority,

Steps to Reproduce
just pipe or vent any fluid with a significant amount of germs. then select the germ overlay and select liquid or gas pipes. if it is not specific to my laptop and desktop, you will not see any visual indicator for the amount of germs in the pipe's contents.
