No Food Production

Somehow my Colony didnt produce any food.

I even set the Priority of food Production on 9 and everything else on 5.

The Machine had the resources and the Power to perform the task but no Duplicant operatet  the Machine.

Steps to Reproduce
I restarted the Game many times but it didnt work.
Go to bugs

Sorry, can't really tell what is going wrong with the info you provided, you were very vague with your description. What KIND of food were you trying to make? Was the "machine" you are referring to a musher or grill? A picture might help.
