No flow in conveyor rails

Items on conveyor rails stop to mov for no reason.

i think it´s happening whenever there is no input onto the rail.

it stops even when there is a way to go (i. e. an input) 

would be nice if it would behave like liquid or gaspipes which always flow when an input is given 

 

with input i mean in a building and output onto the rail

You can put in bridges to force a direction. The flow algos used in ONI are fast, but sometimes need a bit of help.
