When I open up a new game the dog tool is no longer able to be chosen.

Steps to Reproduce
I updated the game and then started a new game.

Edit: it is there but is hidden behind the shipping icon. The icons are to large for the laptop screen. I can only dig using the G shortcut

adjust the scale of your ui in the option menu, make it smaller by 1 setting
