No "Clear New" button for resources

Known Issue

In my 500 cycle save I can't clear new resources. When I load save initially it shows two new resources, "Clear New" and "See all" buttons. I'm pressing "Clear new" but when I unpause all other resources loading and I'm stuck with them.

Found workaround. Downscale UI to 75% and it shows behind bottom action buttons.

Another Workaround: click on NEW, check and uncheck it. Now it's gone. Do this for every single type
