No access to tungsten

I started up a Verdant map, and quickly realized there was no tungsten.  This will close off the pathway to thermium unless it's made available in space.

Steps to Reproduce
Create Verdant map. Look around for tungsten. Be sad.
Go to bugs

Here's an example seed (using the latest update) that exhibits this problem, and has no glimmering planet.

Perhaps the world generator should guarantee a glimmering planet on a seed that doesn't generate Wolframite naturally.
