New Worlds - Ranch Tasks Not Triggering / Critter Reproduction Missing

I have critters in valid ranch rooms with grooming stations, etc. Dupes with appropriate skills and highest priority walk around idle instead of performing the tasks. Critters are also not reproducing. Loaded saves seem unaffected but new worlds are.

Steps to Reproduce

Create new world, get far enough to ranch critters.

Go to bugs

You mean those Dreckos?
Drecko just can't get to these stations.
Drecko cannot jump from the side wall through one cell to the floor surface.
By the way, devs. The "show navigation" button tooltip always refers to the duplicant, even if we are watching the creature's navigation.
