Neural Vaccilator + Death = Stuck on

Excalabur
  • Branch: Live Branch Version: OSX Pending

A dupe suffocated to death in my Neural Vaccilator (annoying).   I assume that being unable to get a dupe out of the vaccilator after it starts is intended behaviour; as well as the oxygen consumption being high enough that if you Vaccilate in a hostile (in this case CO2) atmosphere that dupes should die.

However, after his death the 'bzzt' noise, the zappy graphics, and the status overlay on the vaccilator all still show the zapping in-progress.  This persists for at least a cycle and a half.  Screenshot attached.  This doesn't have 100% repro, when I backed up and tried again the NV went back to 'unassigned' and passive.

Where are the save files located on OSX?

Steps to Reproduce
Suffocate a dupe during NV operation

User Feedback

Bug-reporting-bug--the log-file extention (.log) on OSX is not a valid upload type, I mangled it to add .txt.

Did you press the button to stop the process? It only takes a few seconds to use the machine.
