This beautiful nature reserve is appropriately 128 tiles in size.

This should be the minimum for nature reserves.

Steps to Reproduce
Play ONI and come across one of these ruin chambers.

The maximum for nature reserves is 120 tiles... where are you getting a minimum of 128 from?
