Natural gas and missing privlidges

Same for Terraria but for oxygen it worked after one restart, idk what's really happening but this seems to happen with users of windows 10....with the natural gas it just appeared out of no where either im stupid and missed something withing reading the notes or the live stream or its a bug

Steps to Reproduce
I uninstalled then i installed again at first it said this right at the start after i pressed install, second it said that half way through for the natural gas i dont know i was playing normally
Go to bugs

The file privilege issue should be brought up with steam, there is nothing anyone here can do for you. But it usually mean run steam as admin and check your antivirus, in rare cases it's a problem with your HDD.

 

As for the natural gas ... I think it comes from farts if you can't find anything else that produces it.
