I played for more than an hour and found no water nor seeds anywhere.

it is impossible to play without water, because to filter contaminated water you need advanced research which requires water.

Make it possible to play without water by making decontamination possible without advanced research.

if your getting this nonstop then that means that you might have a graphic issue I would try uninstalling the game that worked for me when I couldn't see anything I could see stuff but sometimes I would see missing textures I just had to keep reinstalling the game until it fixed I used steam so It might have been a problem there but IDK I also wouldn't take it from me about things like this
