If a duplicant is about to have a stress response, ordering the duplicant to move to a different place takes precedence over the stress response. This has two consequences:
- It is possible to prevent a duplicant from having a stress response in an "inappropriate" place, such as a stress-vomiting duplicant polluting the colony's water tank.
- It is possible to move and lock up a duplicant in a detention place, where the stress response can take place without doing any harm.
I think both of these greatly reduce the significance of stress responses. Duplicants with a stress response should ignore the move order (they also ignore everything else and they are having a breakdown, after all).
Steps to Reproduce
- Have e.g. a stress-vomiting duplicant reach 100% stress. - As soon as you get a notification about the duplicant vomiting, hit Space to pause the game and order the duplicant to move elsewhere.
