morale not functioning correctly

My duplicant was getting stressed so i switched jobs, he kept getting stressed and i took him out of jobs completely and it still appeared as if he wasn't meting the morale for the job he was at first even when he was unemployed.

Steps to Reproduce
I was constantly switching jobs as the dupes mastered them and building some ventilation.

It's normal. Once it's learned, the duplicant always need to reach the moral requirements for his highest job tier. ;) 

You can't ask to a tenured scientist to forgot all he has learned and give him a research assistant job. :p
