Missing my loyalty item crates for ONI

Hi I have my steam account linked to my Klei account.  I have no issue getting my DST inventory that I've bought with Klei points to show up in my DST games.  However, I have all the ONI crates clicked as "redeemed" but none of them are showing up.  I just bought ONI and the DLCs this week and started playing.  But I don't see anything from any of the crates showing up in my ONI supply closet. 


From googling online it looks like the Superfruits crate is supposed to give me a Superfruits balloons skin, but I don't even see it in the supply closet with the other skins I haven't unlocked yet.  I did claim the crates a while before I bought the game and installed it so maybe that's why? 

 

I've checked with my game both on Mac OSX and my Steam Deck.

Hi just wanted to update that I'm dumb.  I went to https://accounts.klei.com/account/transactions and was able to see that the crates were redeemed and exactly which skins I received for each crate.  The superfruits crate gave me the Candied Grape balooons skin (along with other stuff) that is showing up in my inventory. 

 

I misunderstood and thought that these crates would give everybody the same things? Anyways - no bug just user error.
