Microchip should be used up only if its running continuously

Hi All,

Currently, Microchip will be consumed within 3 cycles. However, I'm using an automation grid to disable it if battery is full. This causes the power generator to be active only around 50% of the time. However, the chip is still used up in 3 cycles. It should actually last twice the time since the generator is only active for half of 3 cycles.
