Meteor bypass closed bunker door.

Steps to Reproduce
After rocket landed through closed bunker door duplicants repair it. Bunker door can`t hold any meteor shower after repair. After save-load problem disappear until next rocket landing.

Totally true. Faced with the same problem so many times. You have to open and close again the door just after that you repaired it and it will hold back the meteors again. The same happens in the master/trunk/main branch.
