Metal refinery and polluted water

When you use polluted water for cooling your metal refinery, that produce polluted O², even if you put your refinery in CO²,

and some polluted water disapear during the proces of evaporation.

This is a bug, I have it too.
I thought it was polluted water that evaporated into "polluted" steam>polluted oxygen when the Refinery is running, but the process continues even if the refinery is "cold". F.ex, my refinery hasn't been used for at least 10 cycles and are at 27,2C and the polluted water inside the machine is at 41,4C and still consumes small amounts of water continuously. That should not evaporate any h2o liquid into steam/oxygen of any kind.
