When a duplicant eats in a mess hall, they have the Mess Hall buff which the tooltip says should last for one cycle. However, after the dupe has finished eating, the bonus is gone immediately. I noticed this in earlier versions, but then food quality didn't matter then.
Steps to Reproduce
Observe dupe eating in mess hall room > wait for dupe to finish > check stats for mess hall buff(not there anymore)
