When you try to setup a medbay, there are conflicts within the room that do not exists. This case was it conflicted with a barracks claiming that there was a single bed in the room but there was not.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a medbay. I have attached a screenshot of the layout. Added 3 medbeds, a sink, 3 mess tables, a lavatory, an algae deoxylizer and a refrigirator.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
