Med-bay bathroom not used if it is the only one.

Hi. Noticed while doing a main-bathroom remodel that if the only available bathroom is in a med-bay room, duplicants act as if no bathroom is available.

Steps to Reproduce
Have delete all toilets other than one located in a med-bay room.
Go to bugs

its because the object becomes assigned to the room and unless the duplicant is also assigned to the room they don't have permission to use it.  You can confirm this by clicking said bathroom and looking at the permissions it should say Med Bay, assign someone to the med bed and they can then use the toilet
