massage table issue

refuse to use the table even though passed stress limits.  Dupe was already stressed when I built the table.
On save load he immediately jumped on the table.

Steps to Reproduce
assign a dupe to a massage table in a brand new game.
Go to bugs

Also, if it becomes a room while in use the room buff is not applied to the current round of massage, interupting the massage and returning does apply the buff appropriately.
